Born in Kennett, Missouri and a proud lifelong resident of his hometown of Clarkton, he brings deep local roots and genuine community connection to everything he does. A 1993 graduate of Clarkton High School, he went on to attend Southeast Missouri State University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management.

Before entering real estate, he built an impressive career in education, serving as an educational technology director and grant writer for the Clarkton School District and other surrounding districts. His background in leadership, organization, and problem-solving continues to serve his clients well today.

After retiring from education, he pursued his passion for real estate, obtaining his Missouri real estate salesperson license. He later earned his Missouri Real Estate Broker license and founded Delta Realty LLC in Malden. When the opportunity arose, he transferred ownership of the brokerage to its current owners. After a brief period managing a property management company, he returned to Delta Realty, LLC, where he continues to serve buyers and sellers with dedication, integrity, and extensive industry knowledge.

Outside of real estate, family is at the heart of his life. He and his wife, Julie, who is also a real estate professional, make a dynamic team both personally and professionally. Together they are proud parents to Caroline, Katherine, and Jacob. Their shared passion for real estate and commitment to their community make them trusted advisors for families navigating one of life’s biggest decisions.
